Richard Loebl, specializes in couples therapy, relationships and men’s issues. He is the Founder & Director of the Relationship Center of South Florida. Richard is a Board Certified Psychotherapist with over 30 years’ experience as a therapist, consultant, educator and program manager in the fields of mental health and chemical dependency.
He uses an integrative approach with couples that includes EFT (Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy), RLT (Relational Life Therapy), the Gottman Method, and other humanistic methods. Richard created the Connections ™ program of marriage retreats and couples therapy intensives. He also works with men who tend to self-sabotage (careers and relationships). He’s written numerous articles on male psychology and relationships.
Richard completed his graduate degree in clinical social work at the University of Maryland. He received Board Certifications from the National Association of Social Workers and the American Psychotherapy Association. He has also completed advanced, specialized training in couples therapy, men’s issues, anxiety and panic disorders, cognitive therapy, and addictions.
