PBCMS holds numerous meetings for physicians, office managers, physician’s spouses and our sponsors through out the year. We invite you as a business person reaching out to the Medical Profession to consider sponsoring an event or placing and AD in our On Call magazine.
Membership Receptions – 4 to 6 meetings a year
PBCMS host quarterly meetings for physicians and their guest. The reception affords you an opportunity to talk with physicians about your products and services. Your company will be listed in the program and you will be introduced and acknowledged at the event. You will be provided with a table to display your materials. Office Practice Management Institute - monthly programs (October - June)
Educational programs for physicians, office managers and staff are held in a central location. This is an excellent opportunity to network and promote your company. You can introduce yourself and youy company at the start of the program. You may also have a display table at the meeting with your company information. You also will receive a list of the attendees. Future of Medicine Summit -

Council of Young Physicians – Two to three events per year
This is an excellent opportunity to market your product and services to young physicians 40 years of age or younger and who have been in practice less than 8 years. Your company will be acknowledged in the invitation, you will be introduced during the meting and you may have a display table at he meeting. Pricing based on location and number of attendees. Council of Retired Physicians - Two to four meetings per year
PBCMS is proud of the dynamic activiites of the Retired Physicians. This is an excellent opportunity to market your products to retired physicians. These events include lunch, dinner or a social outing and a program of interest. You can have two representatives attend the program. A list of attendees will be available. Pricing based on location and number of attendees.
Medical Student/Resident Mixer – Annual
Each year PBCMS sponsors a mixer for Medical Students and Residents. Medical students enjoy drinks, music, door prizes and networking. Your company will be listed in the program and you will be introduced and acknowledged at the event. Two representatives may attend and a list of attendees of will be available. HEROES IN MEDICINE AWARDS LUNCHEON 2009
PBCMS honors individuals and organizations who utilize their skills and expertise in the field of healthcare who provide outstanding service to meet the needs of people in the local, national or global community.
