A Professional Education Program

Offered by Florida Atlantic University's College of Business, in conjunctin with the Broward County Medical Association, the Dade County Medical Association, and the Palm Beach County Medical Society, the Certified Medical Business Manager program (CMBM) is a unique, four module course which educates medical office management and persnnel in the business aspects of running a visible, efficient and high profit medical practice.  Module content includes useful information, practice sessions, knowledgeable instructors, and allows students to learn new techniques in managing a practice.  The four modules include:

1.  Billing and Coding:  Anatomy and Terminolgy
2.  Accounting and Regulatory Practices
3.  Operations and Marketing
4.  Healthcare Information Technology
