Preferred Positions: Applicable to full page ads only and are charged at 15% surcharge over regular space rate.
Publication: Published quarterly in the second month of each quarter.
2013 Deadlines for Articles and Ads: January-March edition (January 18), April-June edition (April 19), July-September edition (July 19), and October–December edition (October 18).
Cancellations: Cancellations within 30 days of advance notice.
Classified Advertising
All classified ads must be submitted in writing to pbcms@pbcms.org, subject On Call Classified. Classified ads are payable in advance of publication closing dates (see above). Ads must be 30 words or less; 30 cents per additional word.

Film Requirements: On Call magazine is an all-digital publication. We do not accept film or paper reproductions for print. Ads must be supplied as an electronic PDF.gif file by the advertiser.
Production Charges: Any electronic ad that requires editing will be returned to the advertiser, or we can provide a quote based on editing the file at the rate of $150 per hour.
Conditions: Publisher deserves the right to exclude any advertisement that, in its opinion, does not confirm to the standards of the publication. The acceptance or rejection of any advertisement does not imply the endorsement or lack of endorsement by the Palm Beach County Medical Society of any company or its products.
Terms of Payment: All ads payable in advance of placement. One-time, first-time and classified ads payable in advance. No ads are commissionable. Insertion order must accompany ad. Publisher reserves the right to cancel contract with no notice for late and non-payment of ad.
