FILM REQUIREMENTS
On Call magazine is an all-digital publication. We do not accept film or paper reproductions for print.
PRODUCTION CHARGES
Any electronic ad that requires editing will be returned to the advertiser, or we can provide a quote based on editing the file at the rate of $125/hr.
CONDITIONS
Publisher reserves the right to exclude any advertisement that, in its opinion, does not confirm to the standards of the publication. The acceptance or rejection of any advertisement does not imply the endorsement or lack of endorsement by the Palm Beach County Medical Society of any company or its products.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
All ads payable within 30 days of monthly statement date. After 30 days, late fees will be charged. One-time, first-time and classified ads payable in advance. No ads are commissionable. Insertion order must accompany ad. Publisher reserves the right to cancel contract with no notice for late and non-payment of ad.
CLASSIFIED ADVERTISING
Hospitals and Nonprofit Organizations:
$30 minimum – 30 words or less; 30 cents per additional word
PBCMS Members:
$10 – 30 words or less; 30 cents per additional word
Classified Box Ad (Classified page only):
